About FreightSeal

We've been on the wrong end of a load. That's why FreightSeal exists.

FreightSeal wasn't dreamed up by people who watch freight from a distance. We run a trucking company. We run a freight brokerage. We book loads, dispatch them, and our own trucks haul them. Every problem this platform solves is one we've paid for ourselves.

The loads that taught us

More than once, we delivered high-value vehicles to customers who, we learned later, were part of organized theft rings. They didn't break in at night. They came through the front door — as fake carriers and fake brokers, with clean-looking paperwork, working phone numbers, and the right answer to every question. By the time the real story surfaced, the cars were gone and the trail was cold.

That's what modern cargo theft looks like. Not a broken lock — a convincing identity.

The risk nobody checks

The second lesson was quieter, and in some ways more dangerous. We tendered loads to carriers with active authority and valid certificates of insurance — and later found out the truck that actually arrived at pickup was never listed on their policy. Nothing went wrong that day. But if it had, the claim would have been denied, and the loss would have rolled straight back to us: the broker who chose the carrier, and the cargo owner who trusted us.

Ask anyone who has handled a cargo claim: “the truck wasn't on the policy” is one of the most expensive sentences in freight.

One question nobody was answering

Carrier vetting tools are good at one thing — checking the company. Authority, safety scores, years in business. But fraud rings borrow, buy, and hijack companies with spotless histories. A clean record tells you who a carrier was. It doesn't tell you who is backing into the dock right now.

So we stopped asking “Is this carrier legitimate?” and started asking the question that actually protects a load:

Is this the right truck — insured, verified, and at this pickup — today?

In 2025, we started building FreightSeal to answer it, load by load.

What FreightSeal does

Every load gets its own verification: the carrier's identity confirmed directly, insurance confirmed at the source, and the truck confirmed at pickup before anything is released. Each step leaves a timestamped entry in a single verification record you can pull up when a customer, an insurer, or an attorney asks what you checked. If something doesn't match, the answer is simple and visible to everyone who needs it: DO NOT RELEASE.

Built for everyone with something on the line

Freight brokers

Tender with confidence and keep a documented verification record for every load, not just a carrier file.

Carriers

Fraudsters steal carrier identities too. FreightSeal helps prove which trucks are really yours and builds a reliability record from the loads you actually run. Free, forever.

Cargo owners and shippers

Know the truck at your gate is the right one, and insured, before your freight leaves the lot.

Insurers

Many cargo losses start with the wrong truck at pickup. Verified loads mean fewer of those stories reach your desk.

What we believe

Verify loads, not reputations.

Trust is earned on every shipment. It isn't inherited from the last one.

Each party sees only what's theirs.

Brokers, carriers, and cargo owners each get their own view, and nothing more.

A record you can stand behind.

When questions come, the answer is dated, documented, and in one place.

Our promise

Freight runs on trust, and fraud runs on the gaps in it. Our job is to close those gaps without slowing you down — so brokers can book, carriers can haul, and cargo owners can ship with fewer surprises and fewer losses.

We built FreightSeal for the people we've been. We hope it makes your loads a little safer and your days a little easier.
