Insurance straight from the agent
Once the load is confirmed, we request the COI from the carrier's insurance agent — not the carrier. Insurance is confirmed with the agent, not taken from the carrier, and we confirm the policy is genuinely in force.

At the loading site the driver photographs the truck's VIN. We match it against the agent's list — a match means the freight is moving on exactly the truck that's actually insured.
