The market problem

Why the freight arrives but the insurance doesn't pay

Onboarding checks documents and reputation. The losses happen later — at the load — where those checks don't reach.

01
Hijacked account
Reputation won't save youA clean history — and a stranger behind the wheel.
02
Forged COI
A document from the carrierEasy to forge. Expired — or never existed.
03
Wrong truck
No coverageInsured one truck, hauled on another. Claim denied.
How it works

One sealed chain, order to pickup

01
Order enters the system
02
SMS to the FMCSA number
03
COI straight from the agent
04
Agent sends the insured VINs
05
Driver's VIN matched at pickup
Step 01 — Order

The order enters our system

Every load you hand us is registered automatically with a unique ID that can't be forged or duplicated. The verification chain is recorded from this moment.

Step 02 — Identity

SMS to the number from FMCSA

We message the phone in the federal FMCSA database — not the one the carrier gave us. Only the owner of the real number can confirm the load. A hijacked account never gets the SMS.

Step 03 — Insurance

Insurance straight from the agent

Once the load is confirmed, we request the COI from the carrier's insurance agent — not the carrier. A document from the agent can't be forged, and we confirm the policy is genuinely in force.

Step 04 — VIN list

The agent sends the insured VINs

The VINs of every truck written into the active policy come straight from the agent. We filter to trucks only and store the exact list — so we know precisely which trucks are insured.

Step 05 — Pickup

The driver's VIN, matched at pickup

At the loading site the driver photographs the truck's VIN. We match it against the agent's list — a match means the freight is moving on exactly the truck that's actually insured.

What this gives you

If something happens, the coverage holds

The most common reason a claim is denied is a truck that wasn't on the policy. We close exactly that gap — confirming the specific truck is truly insured, before loading.

The carrier is real

SMS to the FMCSA number — not a hijacked account.

The insurance is active

COI straight from the agent — it can't be forged.

The right truck

VIN matched to the policy at pickup.
