Program Description
This program is called FreightSeal transactional messages. FreightSeal sends transactional SMS messages and, where needed, places transactional voice calls to US motor carriers and the people they work with. These messages are transactional only. FreightSeal does not send marketing or promotional messages. A message is sent only when an action on FreightSeal involves your number.
Message Types
- Load verification. When a freight broker or a cargo owner starts verification of a load, FreightSeal sends a one-time link to the phone number on the carrier's FMCSA registration. The link lets the carrier confirm or decline that it knows the load.
- Voice verification. If the load verification text is not answered, or if the FMCSA number is a landline, FreightSeal places a voice call with a simple keypad menu that asks the same question.
- Pickup link. A one-time link is sent to the driver, at the phone number the carrier provides, to confirm the driver is at the pickup location.
- Login codes. When a carrier or a broker signs in at freightseal.net, FreightSeal sends a one-time numeric code to authenticate the session.
- Dispatcher phone codes. A one-time code is sent to a person the carrier adds as a dispatcher, or to a person who asks to be listed as a dispatcher, to confirm their phone number.
- Dispatcher list notices. When someone asks to be listed as a dispatcher for a carrier, a notice is sent to the carrier owner at the FMCSA-registered number so the owner can approve or reject it.
- Dispatcher check. When a broker signed in to FreightSeal asks whether a person is a dispatcher for a carrier, a question is sent to the carrier at the FMCSA-registered number with a Yes/No link. If it is not answered, or the number is a landline, FreightSeal places a voice call with a keypad menu asking the same question.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies; messages are sent only when an action on FreightSeal involves your number. Messages are not recurring or subscription-based.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or +1 260-202-1302.

Msg & data rates may apply. FreightSeal does not charge for these messages. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the FreightSeal platform.
