FreightSeal is a per-load carrier verification platform operated by DBW Transport LLC. For each load, FreightSeal confirms the carrier's identity through the phone number on the carrier's FMCSA registration, confirms insurance with the carrier's insurance agent, confirms the driver on-site at the pickup address, and matches the VIN of the truck at pickup against the insured vehicle list. FreightSeal serves freight brokers, carriers, and cargo owners.
By accessing or using freightseal.net, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including freight brokers, carriers, and cargo owners.
FreightSeal produces a documented verification record for each load. It is a verification tool, not an insurance product, and it does not guarantee insurance coverage, a carrier's conduct, or the safety of any shipment. Selecting and engaging a carrier remains the broker's decision and responsibility. Verification confirms identity, insurance documentation, on-site pickup, and VIN match at a point in time; it does not warrant a carrier's current operating status or coverage.
You may use FreightSeal only for lawful freight verification in connection with legitimate brokerage or carrier operations. You agree not to:
Carrier contact information is drawn from the public FMCSA carrier registry. FreightSeal does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of FMCSA data. Brokers are responsible for ensuring they have a legitimate business purpose before initiating a verification.
Brokers without a paid plan receive 10 free verifications each month. A paid plan replaces the free allowance with that plan's monthly limit. If you cancel, your account returns to the free plan at the end of the paid period. Paid plans are billed monthly from the date you subscribe and renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. If you are charged in error or charged twice, email [email protected] within 7 days and we will refund the erroneous charge in full. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
Cargo owners verify their first 5 vehicles free. After that, verification is billed at $25 per vehicle or through a monthly package. Once a verification has been launched for a vehicle, that charge is non-refundable. If you are charged for a verification that was not launched, email [email protected] and we will refund it.
Carrier accounts are free. There is no charge to register, receive verification requests, or use the Carrier Cabinet.
FreightSeal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or error-free, or that verification results reflect a carrier's current operating status, insurance coverage, or identity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DBW Transport LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of FreightSeal, including but not limited to cargo loss, freight claims, fraudulent carrier activity, or reliance on verification results. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FreightSeal in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in platform abuse, or pose a risk to other users, with or without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
